HR Basics Retainer

People are your company’s biggest investment and asset but as a small business you aren’t ready for a full-time HR person. You’re building your business from the ground up and don't know what you don't know when it comes to people, leadership and management. Whitney will support you in making sure you’ve got the basics covered: assess productivity & engagement, update/audit policies, plan for growth, promotions, hiring, terminations, etc.  Or just be on-call if there’s an issue you need to talk through or problem-solve. *Will include 1-2 day quarterly onsite visits to check-in with team. Travel costs not included but will be minimal for companies outside of Austin.
